The challenge

Travel Surface International, a Gurugram travel agency, needed a premium, mobile-first website its own team could manage, one that turns holiday searches into trackable enquiries

Prototype-first design, a custom PHP website with an admin panel, built-in SEO and AI-search optimisation, and a lead system with email and WhatsApp alerts

The result

Travel Surface now runs a fast, mobile-first website with a full admin panel: the team updates packages, deals, destinations, videos, reviews and SEO itself, and every enquiry is captured with consent, tracked in a leads pipeline and alerted by email and WhatsApp.

About the client

Travel Surface International ("We Make Dreams Come True") is a Gurugram-based travel agency offering domestic and international holiday packages, visa consultancy and business travel.

The brief

• A premium, elegant look that follows the Travel Surface logo and colours
• Package and destination pages that sell, with clear prices, itineraries, inclusions and exclusions
• A simple admin panel so the team can change content without a developer
• Enquiry forms that work on every device, with spam protection and customer consent for future Google Ads
• Strong local SEO for a Gurugram travel agency

What we built

We designed the website as a prototype first and refined it with the client before writing any code. The approved design was then built as a dynamic PHP website with its own admin panel, ready for standard cPanel hosting.

• A home page with an enquiry form, daily deals, popular packages with filters, video stories, reviews, blog and FAQs
• Package pages with sticky tabs (Overview, Itinerary, Inclusions, Exclusions), price and savings display, and an enquiry form that stays in view
• Destination pages with when to go, how to reach, things to do and FAQs
• A nested menu (Holiday Packages, with Indian and International packages inside) managed from the admin
• A callback popup, a success confirmation and a WhatsApp hand-off after every enquiry
• A date picker that blocks past travel dates, plus a robot check and consent tick on every form
• A leads pipeline with statuses, notes, CSV export and email and WhatsApp alerts

SEO, answer-engine and AI-search readiness

Every package, destination, blog post and page has its own meta title, description, canonical link, share image and index control in the admin. We added structured data (travel agency, tourist trips, FAQs, breadcrumbs and blog posts), an auto-updating sitemap and llms.txt, answer-first FAQ content and a local SEO text block for Gurugram.

Speed and mobile experience

Images are resized automatically on upload to WebP with responsive sizes and lazy loading, fonts load without blocking the page, and the layout was checked on phones and tablets so it stays easy to use on any screen.

What the Travel Surface team can do on their own

• Add, edit, hide or show packages, daily deals, destinations, blog posts, video stories and reviews
• Upload photos with automatic resizing, and remove them when needed
• Edit the menu, footer links, social links, theme colours and the Google Maps embed
• Set SEO details for each page and manage redirects
• Track every lead from new to booked and download the list
